Events

Gather in Gratitude - € 35: - Community-Style Acupuncture: Experience gentle acupuncture in a peaceful group setting for collective healing.
- Sound Healing: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls.
- Guided Meditation & Breathwork: Recenter your mind and body through guided breathwork and meditation.
- Ear Seeds: Tiny adhesive beads placed on specific points of the ear to promote relaxation and pain relief for 3-5 days.

How to Prepare:

Have a light snack beforehand to feel your best.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Bring a yoga mat (if you have one).
Dress comfortably—we recommend shorts or loose-fitting pants for ease during the acupuncture session.

Massage

30 min. massage - € 40: Focused massage for 1 or 2 areas of the body.
Choice of: relaxation, deep tissue, sport, or lymphatic drainage.
45 min. massage - € 55: Full body relaxing massage.

Specialty Massages

Kobido - € 80: Japanese style facial massage.
Great for toning and diminishing the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles.
Includes cleansing and face mask.
Thai massage - € 80: Traditional Thai style massage.
Performed without use of oils fully clothed on a floor mat. (Wear comfortable and stretchy/ loose fitting clothing)
Consists of lots of compression and stretching.
Maderoterapia - € 140: Anti cellulite massage using Columibian wooden tools and techniques with special oil and cream to help tone, tighten, and diminish cellulite.

Best results when done in a weekly series of 6 weeks.
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi - € 80: Full body relaxing and energetically balancing massage calling on the traditions of the Hawaiian islands. Performed with lots of coconut oil and a special playlist that will transport you to the shores of Polynesia. This massage mimics the rolling waves of the ocean with long full body strokes. You will be provided a disposable paper thong for this service.
60 min. Massage with Cupping - € 80: Full body deep tissue massage with the use of cups to help release tension.

Cups leave marks (not tender to the touch) for about 5 days depending on one's sensibility.
90 min. Massage with Cupping - € 110: Full body deep tissue massage with the use of cups to help release tension.
